New blog site spam score is 40+ without any backlink

I have purchased a new domain ( Studytobecome.com ) from GoDaddy, before 15 days, and i just writing daily 1 article on my site, without any SEO, or backlinks, but now when I see in Moz spam score of my site after 15 days it shows 40+ without any links.
How to reduce it, and whats the problem is, I don't understand.Please help me.5Vc6zl8

check this domain on google if this domain is expired before that why it showing spam score 40. because last owner of this domain have make bad links on this domain that why it showing spam score 40

I agree with all that was said above and would add a couple of other points for you to check:
1- Check if there are any "Manual Actions" on Google Search Console for the domain and if there are any, see what they're about.
2- Check the backlink profile of the website using ahrefs, Majestic, SEMRush, MOZ, and see if there are any spammy domains. And if so, you'll need to disavow those domains through Search Console.

The Moz spam score is measured on a multitude of metrics, some of which are related to backlinks and some not. The fact that you have purchased an old domain that dates back to 2013 on web archive ( which although in itself is not negative), is possibly a factor that has contributed to tip over some flags.

On the other hand, the Moz spam score is a metric created by Moz and it doesn't necessarily represent how your site will rank on search engines. I suggest that you keep adding quality unique content and good backlink on your site, and I'm certain that as the time passes your site spam score will decrease.

Re: How can i increase DA of my website? Someone told me giving out do-follow links from my site will reduce my site DA. I am not sure if this is true, but I recently noticed a drop in my two websites DA Insigh.ng and BusinessWorld.Arica. For the first one, Insight.ng, my DA was 26 before but dropped to 22. Automatically Check List of Sites For Links To Specific Domain
Hi all, Can anyone recommend a tool that will allow me to put in a list of about 200 domains that are then checked for a link back to a specific domain? I know I can do various link searches and use Google site: command on a site by site basis, but it would be much quicker if there was a tool that could take the list of domains I am expecting a link on and then find if that link exists and if so on what page etc. Hope this makes sense otherwise I have to spend a day doing it by hand - not fun! Is it possible to block Moz from crawling sites?
Hi, is it possible to stop Moz from crawling a site at the server level? Not that I am looking to do this or anything, but here's why I'm asking. I have been crawling a site that is managed (currently by 2 parties), and I noticed that this week pages crawled went from 80 (last week) to 1 page!! I know, what? See my image attached... and the issues all went to zero "0"....! So is it possible that someone can't prevent Moz from crawling the site at the server level? I checked the robots.txt file on the site, but nothing there. I'm curious. dYNUwjd.jpg

Backlink profile from Open Site Explorer does not seem to update
I have been monitoring our backlink profile on Open Site for over a year now and despite getting a number of new domains linking to us they are not reflected in the tool. Our URL is: www.BlueLinkERP.com Any thoughts on why this might be the case? The number of linking domains also seems very low compared with other tools we use (i.e. HubSpot)

Switching to a new website & Search Engine Rankings
Hello! We have been doing a lot of work on our SEO over the last few months and are thrilled to be in the top four four "edmonton website design" in our city. However, we are planning to launch a new website soon and are very concerned that this could negatively effect our rankings (as was the case with one of our competitors this week). What tips and techniques can you recommend in this case? On paper, the SEO on our new site is much better than the last - the url structure, contact info and content is much more targeted to our desired search terms, however, I don't want to take any chances. Is there any way to be certain (as certain as possible) that we will not get bumped to page 2? Thanks, Anton

Usable to set up campaign because site cannot be
I don't understand this message. i never had problems with other sites and now I get problems with this message when trying to set a campaign twice for 2 different sites. I received the same message twice. What do I do? Help! We have detected that the root domain xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx does not respond to web requests. How to Link build for our site
Hello, A client of mine has a site that gives advice to people. It's moderately competitive. It's a content site. Using Open Site explorer, I looked up competitor's top pages and backlinks, and there were things such as sites that were heavy on directories, sites heavily on editorial mension, sites on juicy topics that I don't want to cover, and the rest was pretty much junk. Just so that you know, I only link build with quality websites that look strong, long term, have a nice design, are high quality, and are not a directory (with a few exceptions) What's the standard way to link build with a site like this? We've got 7 articles of good content that is from me spending hours learning about the subject and using my skills as a life coach. Right now I'm just adding quality content and social media. I am not a top expert in the field, but I'm learning as much as possible. How do we link build?

BOTW links not recognized by Open Site Explorer
Hi there, I was wondering if I buy a submission to the Best of the Web directory (waiting for the new directory list promised by the seomoz team 🙂 ) but when I get to the category on BOTW website that will fit for my website, I took some links already there and put them on open site explorer to see their value, I had the surprise they are not even recognized... So I am still wondering if it is worth or not... voilà , if anybody knows if this directory still has value...
