Recently I have increased my website (One Daily News) DA by just adding high DA dofollow and No-follow backlinks,

Tip#1: Check your competitor and get their backlink profile from Moz pro and build 70+ DA backlinks same as they created already

Tip#2: Find the top DA website and get their backlink profile and build 90+ DA backlinks they have

Tip#3: buy some low-rate guest posts that have 60+ DA and create links on them

Tip#4: Create high DA profile backlinks

Tip#5: Create high-DA blog comments
