By default, the lesson videos I'm watching have closed caption turned on. I find it annoying and I'd like to turn it off. How do I do that?

To disable closed captions during lessons, locate the "CC" or "Closed Captions" button in the video player's settings. If not found. explore the platform's settings or seek aid from the support team.

To remove closed captions when watching lessons, the process may vary depending on the platform or device you are using. Here are some general steps that you can try:

                  1. On a computer or laptop:

                  • If you are watching lessons on a website, look for a settings or options menu usually represented by a gear icon. Click on it.
                  • Look for a "Closed Captions" or "Subtitles" option within the settings menu.
                  • Select the option to turn off or disable closed captions.
                  • Save or apply the changes, if necessary.

                  2. On a mobile device (smartphone or tablet):

                  • If you are using a specific app to watch lessons, open the app and navigate to the video you want to watch.
                  • Look for a settings or options menu usually represented by three dots, three lines, or a gear icon. Tap on it.
                  • Look for a "Closed Captions" or "Subtitles" option within the settings menu.
                  • Select the option to turn off or disable closed captions.
                  • Go back to the video and the closed captions should no longer be displayed.

                  3. On a smart TV or streaming device:

                  • Use your remote control to navigate to the settings menu of your TV or streaming device.
                  • Look for a "Accessibility" or "Captions" section within the settings menu.
                  • Find the option to turn off or disable closed captions.
                  • Save or apply the changes, if necessary.

Please note that the exact steps may vary depending on the device, operating system, and the platform you are using to watch the lessons. If you are unable to locate the closed caption settings, I recommend referring to the user manual of your specific device or contacting the manufacturer's support for further assistance.
