Universal Business Listing?

Can anyone recommend the best or a better alternative to submitting a clients site to multiple directories than Universal Business Listing? Is UBL the best or is there something better and/or less expensive out there?

I'm with you Bjorn everything you say and some but business directories are part of the mix and I'm looking for the most efficient and productive method.

Sitemap generator partially finding list of website URLs
Hi everyone, When creating my XML sitemap here it is only able to detect a portion of the website. I am missing at least 20 URLs (blog pages + newly created resource pages). I have checked those missing URLs and all of them are index and they're not blocked by the robots.txt. Any idea why this is happening? I need to make sure all wanted URLs to be generated in an XML sitemap. Thanks!

White listing a site
A new clients site is blocked by a lot of Firewalls. And I can't work out why, the content is family friendly they sell nursery equipment. I've run it through the Google checker and there is no malicious software found on the site. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this site unblocked? The url is http://knuma.co.uk/

Salvaging links from WMT “Crawl Errors” list?
When someone links to your website, but makes a typo while doing it, those broken inbound links will show up in Google Webmaster Tools in the Crawl Errors section as “Not Found”. Often they are easy to salvage by just adding a 301 redirect in the htaccess file. But sometimes the typo is really weird, or the link source looks a little scary, and that's what I need your help with. First, let's look at the weird typo problem. If it is something easy, like they just lost the last part of the URL, ( such as www.mydomain.com/pagenam ) then I fix it in htaccess this way: RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^mydomain.com$ [OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.mydomain.com$ RewriteRule ^pagenam$ "http://www.mydomain.com/pagename.html" [R=301,L] But what about when the last part of the URL is really screwed up? Especially with non-text characters, like these: www.mydomain.com/pagename1.htmlsale www.mydomain.com/pagename2.htmlhttp:// www.mydomain.com/pagename3.html" www.mydomain.com/pagename4.html/ How is the htaccess Rewrite Rule typed up to send these oddballs to individual pages they were supposed to go to without the typo? Second, is there a quick and easy method or tool to tell us if a linking domain is good or spammy? I have incoming broken links from sites like these: www.webutation.net titlesaurus.com www.webstatsdomain.com www.ericksontribune.com www.addondashboard.com search.wiki.gov.cn www.mixeet.com dinasdesignsgraphics.com Your help is greatly appreciated. Small business sites banned by google. Please help.
Hi. My 2 sites http://www.painterdublin.com and http://www.tilers-dublin.com were banned by google update in November 2012. Both were ranking fairly well in search results: painterdublin generating cca 600/month and tilers-dublin cca 300/month organic traffic from google. After update it is about 70% less. Is there anyone willing to take a look at my pages and give me some advice about what to do to improve the situation? thank you very much

Hcards - Business or Personal?
Hi All, To my knowledge, Hcards for rich snippets are generally used by bloggers etc. I would like to use the business logo rather than a photo of myself, as well as the business twitter, G+ local profiles and Bio for the business. The Author page will be the "about us" page with info about the company. Is this OK? Or does it have to be personal?

SEOMoz is indicating I have 40 pages with duplicate content, yet it doesn't list the URL's of the pages???
When I look at the Errors and Warnings on my Campaign Overview, I have a lot of "duplicate content" errors. When I view the errors/warnings SEOMoz indicates the number of pages with duplicate content, yet when I go to view them the subsequent page says no pages were found... Any ideas are greatly welcomed! Best usage of rel canonical in case of pagination for content list ?
I've looked at most of the question in the Q&A who speak about pagination but didn't find a clear answer to my concern. So here is my question : On the website i work for, we have list of recipes with this info for each recipe : picture, title, type, difficulty, time and author. 10 recipes per pages and X pages for each list. Would you use link rel canonical on page X with first page as value ? (i've seen this answer in one question here)

Or canonicalize to page X keeping each page of the list in the index ?
Would the content be seen as duplicate if we don't use rel canonical and just add page X in the title? Or would it be unique enough with all the infos? Thanks for your help on this !0
