During my 23-year accounting career I created, implemented, and managed a travel program for a software company I worked for. With this experience came my desire to work in the travel industry. I began to dabble with leisure travel on the side with the plan being to get a couple years in the industry under my belt, website completed and agency brand created then quit my accounting job to work full-time in the travel industry. Things don’t always work out as planned. When the best boss I ever had decided to leave the company I was faced with a dilemma. I didn’t want to stay where I was without him and didn’t want to follow him back into public accounting because I felt I needed more. I needed a challenge and to feel like I was able to make a difference, so I quit my job, created Taylor & Co. Travel and haven’t looked back since.

In 3 short years working full-time in the industry I have grown Taylor & Co. Travel by adding additional agents across the United States and by partnering with the best technology companies that the travel industry has to offer taking my agency from dream to thriving business and feeding my love for teaching through mentoring other agents to do the same.
