We have list of many Authors with their G+ profiles contributing stories for the website. And marked as rel=author for stories generated by them. Though we have few stories where we take multiple author's inputs and mark it into Team profile as an Author.

My basic concern over this is, if i mark my story with authorship as team profile i.e. my website's G+ profile as an Author, would that be considered similar to a person's profile author.

Example :

https://plus.google.com/+cardekho - Our G+ profile marked as Author "CarDekho Team" in our stories.

Queries :

1. Does this company page get considered as author?

2. Would this company profile marked as rel=author help in any ranking benefit as an individual Author profile helps in search results?

We received manual Partial penalty on both domain few months back and since then have seen tremendous fall in rankings for both of the domains. Have been trying to remove all spam links we found out of links we got from webmasters and disavow one's we were not able to get removed. But yet request for penalty removal not accepted.

To demote a sitelink URL:

1. On the Webmaster Tools Home page, click the site you want.
2. Under Site configuration, click Sitelinks.
3. In the For this search result box, complete the URL for which you don't want a specific sitelink URL to appear.
4. In the Demote this sitelink URL box, complete the URL of the sitelink you want to demote.

Once you've demoted or undemoted a sitelink, it can take some time for search results to reflect your changes.

It ultimately depends on when you submitted your site to Google. The PR you see and the PR Google sees is two different things completely. People tend to game the visible PR we see all the time. Focus on content ,building relevant content, and relevant inbound links. It takes time to work your way up using ethical white hat methods but it pays off in the long run. PR does take a long time though. PR is determined by a lot of things and one of them is the quality of the inbound links to your site. If you're building trash links to your site that's not going to be effective. Quality over quantity.

We just can’t decide what the answer is, particularly from an SEO perspective.

We want to run multiple blogs on different categories, please assist on deciding should we go with different blog domains or create subdomains for each category.
