Chris, Thank so much for the great tips. I didn't quite understood how will I be able to create a new listing and have it up and runing in days with google having to mail us a postcard, etc. Can you please explain how should I do this? Also, regarding the domain email. Do you mean Mydomain@gmail.com as the account the listing is on? Or info@mydomain.com as the contact email on the listing?

Google places listing gone crazy
I have a google places listing that was doing great and was consantly on the top 3 for most of it's keywords.
About 3 weeks ago google declined my listing (it was on the same account with other listings that violated google guidelines).
The listing still showed up on google while it being reviewed (i assumed that it because this listing didn't violate an guideline.)
About a week ago google started showing reviews from Insiderpages with my listing that belonged to a competitor.
Today, they fixed that and added a link to my right insiderpages page but weird things started to happen....
My listing started to appear as a NON VERIFIED liting.
My website is no longer on the listing.
The phone number listed on the listing belong to a competitor!!
All the citations are still mine including one from my site!
Should i report it to google? i'm hesitating to do so, we are loosing a lot of business as it is with most of our listings down and i'm afraid this might be a small error that if i'll address will take longer to solve.
Thanks!!

Best local listings submitting service
I'm building several local websites and looking for the fastest, cost effective service out there to list them in all the major local directories like yelp etc..
I've been using UBL but 3 months later i don't see my listing in many of the directories they claim to list at...
Thanks!

Long load time
My site takes double the time per kb than my competitors.
it hosted on shared hosting with Godaddy.com
Any ideas why this may be happening?

RE: Can too many high PR links can hurt SEO
I'm pretty new to all the SEO process (about 6 months..)
EGOL, you understood the situation
I also forgot to mention that those links had a link in a post and a blogroll link..
When i checked it out with yahoo site explorer i found out that those blogroll link are from EACH PAGE of the site which makes a one link in a site to hundreds, even thousands of links from every page that site has!
Should i try and delete those links?

Can too many high PR links can hurt SEO
I recently accuired about 10 PR 4- 5 for my website after getting mostly PR 1-2 for the past 6 months.
After a couple of day my rankings not only didn't go up, but actually went down really drasticly for many keyphrases that i used to rank at the top 3.
Should i keep building those high PR links in the same fast pace, should i slow down?
Or maybe i should even those out with some low PR link?

My site dropped in serp and backlinks ranked higher than it.
I recently got some new good page rank backlinks (4-5) to my site.
After a nice increase in rankings i left it for a couple of day (holiday) when i came back i found out that my rankings dropped dramatically for many different keywords when in some cases the backlinks are listed higher than me for the keyword.
Any suggestions? should i keep on building links in the same paste, or slow down a little?
UPDATE:
I now noticed that the seomoz app has a warning that my homepage is missing title tag and meta tag.
I'm using wordpress and headspace plugin.
I recently updated wordpress.

RE: Local results without geotargeted keywords
ninjamarketer,
I have reviews on insiderpages, yelp, merchant circle and many more that google indexed over 2 months ago but google doesn't add them to the page.
Many of the sites has no reviews from other sources and really poor pages but still listed in those results ( ONLY for those results without geo targeted keywords but not for the ones with them.)

RE: Local results without geotargeted keywords
Thanks Lewis and Josh.
Sorry, I think i didn't explain myself right.
Most of the non geotargeted keypharses brings local results as well. this is where i want to be listed, not in the nationwide results which as you guys said are much more competitive.
Most of the sited listed for those queries have less links than me (including one of mine that i know for fact that had no seo done to it but still listed!)
Hope it make it clearer.

Local results without geotargeted keywords
i'm trying to rank the site appliance-repair-ny.com for the New York City area.
I managed to have the site rank pretty good (the site is less than 6 months old) for keyphrases with NYC, New York and Manhattan but i don't understand how to get the site rank higher for the ones without those keywords.
For example:
Appliance repair NYC - rank 1
Appliance Repair New york - rank 4
Appliance repair (without location) not in results
Anyone can help me please?
Thanks!

RE: Linking domains on same ip
It all make sense but let look at one more
new york appliance repair . com also using the same technicque in over 30 cities all by liking all on same ip.
If you look at the competitors for example appliance - repair - ny . com that has almost 3000 links from different ips get lower rankings..
I'm looking on a way to dominate this niche in any cities and played with the idea but it seems like it too easy if that all that it took them to take over those niches.

Linking domains on same ip
I don't know if i can post a link in the question so if you google 800 appliance and do a little reaserch on them you will see that it has many links with same content linking to the main domain and to each other.
They hosted on the same ip which from what i read doesn't supposed to help in ranking.
I saw many nich websites like this with the same idea.
What am i missing here...?
