The Bel-Red Surgical Facility, located in Western Washington and serving the community for more than 20 years, has an accomplished history maintaining the highest standards in patient care. The facility has been granted a Certificate of Need by the Washington State Department of Health, enabling surgeons to use the Bel-Red Ambulatory Surgical Facility. It has also been recognized for high standards and used by multiple plastic and reconstructive surgeons in the Western Washington community. Dr. Jan Zemplenyi, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Washington Ambulatory Surgical Center Association (WASCA), promotes the highest standards for patient safety and well-being through his leadership of Bel-Red.
