David started programming back in the Dark Ages on an Atari 400. Running his first program in Basic which said, 'Hello World' brought a snort from his father-in-law and a 'What will a little computer like that ever be able to do'. Of course we now know that an iPhone has more processing power than the IBM mainframe that the old man was using then.
David has taken the usual slew of computer classes at various schools, but the best teacher is experience and he has spent decades learning to program in PHP, Javascript and to manipulate Databases.
His interest in computers and programming led him into doing some web hosting for some buddies, which got him into HTML and website design. When his wife decided to go into the health food business, he was recruited to build a website. Just do it 'over the weekend' she said. That weekend project quickly became a full time job programming new features and ten years later it still takes most of David's time to tweak the websites.
