I was born and raised in Germany. I moved to the United States in 2000.
I am active in Affiliate and Search Engine Marketing as Affiliate since 2001 and was the Affiliate Manager for a large retailer between 2002 and 2006 .
I was a Professional Web Developer and SQL Server Professional until November 2007.
I quit my job after I finally got my Green Card in September 2007 and became a full-time internet (affiliate) marketer, blogger and entrepreneur, who is doing also some consulting on the side. 
I also used to be a Sysop of a Bulletin Board System (BBS). BBS'es were the "Internet" before there was a public Internet. I have a site dedicated just to this and the ANSI and ASCII art that I created for Boards and other purposes at RoySAC.com, where I also host my personal, non-SEO/Marketing blog.
I am a big Cirque du Soleil fan an have a YouTube channel just about that at YouTube.com/CirqueDuSoleilGuru.
