I have many sites which have high spam score showing on Moz does these links are also reduce the spam score.

for reducing spam score on your site you should remove high spam score backlink from your site there is no more method for reducing
Same happen with my site chrisownbeyfit has 12 Spam score i used moz and paste my site link and checking linking domain which are comming to my site almost 30% of sites has 30 plus spam score i save the link on .txt and submit for dissavowing
