RE: Does Google Webmaster Tools still show disavowed links in inbound links section?
Hello zpm2014,
This is the most common question that I have seen. People are asking in forums why the disavow tool isn't working for them, so here is the answer to your query.
When a link is disavowed, the next time that Google crawls that link they essentially add an invisible nofollow tag to the link. There is no external evidence of this. Just as your nofollowed links are listed in WMT, so are your disavowed links.
In this webmaster central hangout Google's John Mueller said, "Disavowed links stay in Webmaster Tools" and in this hangout he said, "When you disavow links we will still show them as inbound links in Webmaster Tools."
I hope that your query has been solved.

RE: Why my authority is decreasing?
Hi Tourtravel,
Domain Authority is also an important factor to improve your blog ranking in search engine.Domain Authority ( also known as DA ) is calculation of certain cause made by SEOmoz (a big shot in the world of Search Engine Optimization) to show authority of a website. It’s like Alexa Ranking and Google Page Rank but webmasters and Advertisers pay special attention on DA as it is calculated by considering both.
As you know that Domain & Page Authority of website can be increase & decreases. If you do quality link building according Google Algorith then you will have increase in Domain & Page autority, so overall website reputation increases but if don't perform the Google guidelines then Page & domain autority decreases, also website reputaion decreases.
The explaination of Page & Domain Autority is here: http://moz.com/blog/introducing-seomoz-updated-page-authority-and-domain-authority
Moz published description of some factors used in calculating SEOmoz Domain Authority.http://moz.com/blog/googles-algorithm-pretty-charts-math-stuff
