Hi, you should to disavow the toxic backlinks throughout Google (https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2648487?hl=en) after that you should create a white SEO protocol creating some backlinks in good reputation websites like papaly, scoop.it, etc. or creating a blog and making collaborations with another blog creators.
