I started Just Projectors in 2001, i had already run another business after doing a £4m MBO and I was looking for another challenge. How I got Just Projectors is a long story but I knew nothing about projectors, inherited a 43 product website which was out of date but had a great url www.projectors.co.uk , no staff, and not close relationship with any suppliers. 14 Years later we are well recognised as one of the leading projector websites. I have learnt to sell projectors, maintain a website,seo,ppc,and so much more. My love is animals I have 5 rescue dogs ageing from a paralysed 15 year old collie called Barney to 1 year old twins unsocialised and traumatised collie crosses called Snoopy & Charlie. Daisy is 2 , she has only one ear but she is doesn't stop her hearing anything and Toby is 8 and has a bad stomach condition which needs very careful diet control and tablets and continual blood tests. 2 Cats, Sinbad and Cleo offer normality. 7 rescue horses ageing from 7-22 , 3 of which I saved from the meat man as foals. Its true to say I spend my money on them, not a snappy dresser, my cars fit my animals, and a modest house. I am a qualified CIMA accountant , I spent 7 years at night school getting that qualification, whilst holding down 2 jobs to pay for my house I purchased when I was 19!. Left school with decent qualifications but didn't stay on because my behaviour wasn't great. I love football, my team is Reading FC and I'm a season ticket holder. Family means loads to me, we are really close, 3 family member work for Just Projectors. if you have a strong family network you are really blessed, I'm blessed. Never married, no children, but was close to my brother kids from baby to adulthood so had the pleasure of them. Yes I would I have liked to be a bit more normal, less fat, maybe a little less outspoken but I think I'm kind and honest and direct.
