Google responds to my reconsideration request. They give me like 2 links of the many unnatural links which are actually people mentioning our website in their conversation. How can that be unnatural, legitimate people discussing about our website services? Even if it's unnatural, how can I possibly remove a backlink from a forum post?

I understand there are many more variables to rank #1, but this site is currently #1 for one of our top keywords and I really don't understand what they Competior site barely has 200 words on any given page, very few content other than images with no ALT tags, titles, No H1 tags. in other words the website is not SEO optimized. My site has content, product descriptions, images, relevant titles, and definitely more optimized than competitor. So my website was #2 for a targeted keyword on google. (6 months ago: # 😎 (3 months ago: #6) (1 week ago: #2). As you can see, it was moving up nicely, now it's not found on the top 100 search results. Only appears #2/(B) in the local search section. Could that be the reason? Websites that appear on the local search no longer appears in the SERP?

On the Rankings Report page, under the keywords position. Some have a calendar icon that says "Wed". What is that suppose to mean? Thank you! 3B5Ct.jpg 9x1KV.jpg
