Deborah Brousseau came to IMS ExpertServices with a strong background in marketing, market research, and web development. As Marketing Director, she is responsible for setting and achieving strategic company goals as well as establishing and maintaining the company's voice and brand utilizing emerging technologies. Deborah oversees production of BullsEye, all website content, site usability, search engine optimization, print collateral, online advertising, marketing campaigns, social media, and messaging. "Deborah's keen understanding of marketing and her ability to apply that to the goals of the company make her an invaluable asset," said Mike Wein, Founder of IMS ExpertServices.

Deborah is active in the Pensacola community. She is an Executive Mentor in the University of West Florida's Executive Mentor Program and teaches classes to underpriviliged youth on professional development and job readiness skills. She has held several positions within Pensacola Young Professionals, including chair of Pensacola Professional Development Institute and VP of Professional Deveolopment. Deborah was named a Rising Star by Independent Weekly in 2012.

Deborah stays busy outside of work as well. She owns a website development and internet marketing consulting company with her husband and is a licensed Realtor. In her spare time, she is pursuing her MBA and enjoys reading and spending time with family.
