Bill was born in Derby, England but moved to Toronto, Canada at the age of five where he grew up. Bill studied photography at the Facualty of Arts at Humber College after graduating from highschool. Whilst working in Toronto Canada, Bill photographed for a number of commercial clients before moving back to London, England in the year 2000. Since moving to London, his style (photography) has totally changed for the better. He is also directing now and will be working on more music videos and commercials. Filming is also in the cards for him and will be pursuing this more in the next phase in his career with the same dedication and determination that he has accomplished with photography.
