Frank Konarski Rios here in mi Ciudad de Tucson. I’ve come a long way as a successful housing business venturer, restoring houses, flipping houses, and renting houses and apartments with my great partners in the biz of real estate. My parents, Michael Konarski and Elena Rios Rodriguez, an unlikely couple that came to be, had virtually nothing to their name. They did, however, have the best gift to give to me, and that is the virtue of hard-work ethics. And now look at me—I work on and help sell multiple beautiful houses and apartments every year, from Nogales, Bisbee and Tucson, AZ to Phoenix, AZ! I have to give credit to my siblings in helping me out along the way—Martina Konarski-Peterson, Edward Konarski Rios, Joe Konarski Rios, Pat Konarski-Harris, and Debbie Konarski Rios! In my work, I bear the heritage of Konarski and Rios proudly!

Originally trained in the craft of carpentry, I traveled Arizona (and sometimes beyond) as a journeyman carpenter, building houses for major housing developers throughout the state of Arizona. Now, putting to use my knowledge, I’m in the business of housing development for myself, based in Tucson and Nogales, Arizona. And apart from my business partners, I’m the greatest landlord I know, providing great housing rentals in Southern Arizona!
