How long u have been using the trial version. Did u quit trial?

I think they assume after trial you will register. But as i know they have one month trial period so if that time havent passed they will basicly quit ur subscription.

Rel CanonicalThat 26 issues related with rel=canonical not neccasarily an issue like problem it can be recognition like there is a rel=canonical exists. Basicly moz mentions there is that tag involved with that pages.

Duplicate Page Title

Yeah u dont have a duplicated url(as u mentioned it never been created) but u have duplicated page titles related with that page. here is the list of them same title Kenya Luxury....  Pool

To be able to see the mistakes instant and see them all in one place screaming frog is very good tool and up to 500url there is free version available.

/db page have a 404 error

and ur site map is failing for a dns lookup

All tags have some value as Jesse said. Even we are trying to test are meta keywords efficient or not.

WE have some insights that google ignore them, even sharing that keywords with competitors isnt that ideal and they are extra code on page but here at Czech Republic we have a popular local search engine  named seznam which might still give some value for meta keywords and we are willingly to understand do they still work or not before we delete the existing ones or add new ones.

Assuming u are using moz pro version normally we have 5 slots for compaigns. (25 slot for campaigns might be for higher user profiles but have no idea) If that slot is important for u sending a mail to Help desk might save some time. If there is a way to save the data before the browser stopped they are willingly to help i assume. here is the mail for them help@moz.com

Hi Ithvac,

Would  be best to send them mail(as issue being serious and technical).. Specially ur question has answered status it might take time they recognize it or even do not check it at all because they are busy in general.. Contacting via mail (help@moz.com) might save some time which is equal to cash most of the time..

Hi Rob,

Checked your website and figured out. It is a long list but u have a lot of server errors like 5xx, 4xx and some of the url doesnt respond(no respond because of time out). you have also dublicate url, meta descriptions page titles.

If u are not using screaming frog can be very handy to use all info is one place so it would help u a lot to solve mistakes and check afterwards are there still there or not.
