With 30 years in the motor coach and sightseeing industry I have experience in both unionized and non-unionized work environments. I have started three successful transportation companies from scratch including both an 80 vehicle / 100 employee school bus operation and two mid-sized sightseeing and charter bus operations.

My experience includes being General Manager of Gray Line of Victoria, during its most successful period, employing over 200 staff and agents throughout Vancouver Island. The past seven years I have been the Managing Director of CVS Sightseeing (a Cruise Victoria company). CVS has become the premier sightseeing operation in Victoria and includes the most modern fleet of motor coaches and double decker buses on Vancouver Island.
