I have been involved in the automobile business from a very young age. In fact I literally grew up in the business getting to watch my parents and grandparents build what we have today. My first working experience was as a porter cleaning the shop and delivering cars. Later, while attending Baylor University, I sold new and pre-owned vehicles during the summer breaks. After graduating from Baylor I then went full time working in the family business. I learned this business from the ground up doing every job over the years.
In April 2004 I took over day to day operations after my dad retired. In my first six months of leadership I earned the Executive Manager status with Infiniti through excellent customer service and sales volume. In my first full year operating the dealership, my team and I attained the Infiniti Award of Excellence. An award coveted by many and only achieved by a few dealerships who offer outstanding service during and after the sale.
I work very hard to preserve the foundation my family has built our business around, which are the customers and our communities. Service after the purchase of a vehicle is more important to customers, so my commitment to satisfaction is unparalleled. I am proud of my family heritage in Dallas Fort Worth and I look forward to serving Grubbs customers for years to come.
