I’m Hugo, a twenty-four year old guy from The Netherlands who’s studying computer science. I’m interested in all kind of subjects related to the online web, from web-developing with languages like HTML, CSS, C# and SQL to the social media world with different networks, analytics, SEO and content.

I really like spending time on my music passion. Not that I’m playing any kind of instrument, but I’m running my own music website about vinyl records. I’ve got a large collection of vinyl records covering all kinds of music genres. On that website you’ll find information about vinyl releases, fairs, record stores and well-known album covers. On the blog you can read the last album reviews and reports of concerts/festivals and my visits to record stores all over the country.

During the summer vacation I’m traveling all around the world to visit places that appeals to me. These are mainly countries with a impressive culture, historical sights, diversity in the landscape, tropical climates and delicious food and drinks.

Besides my studies I practiced athletics for over eighteen years. From 2010 specifically aimed at long distances, where I’ve developed the duration and intensity of the running sessions over the years. The performance became better and better but I got a backlash after the summer of 2012. Then I tried to rebuild the workouts for different periods of time. I decided to stop running after yet another setback in February 2014.
