Prior to starting my own firm I spent 10 years as an “intrepreneur” within one of the largest performance marketing agencies in the world. I led the design and build out of the US Performance Content practice and then helped scale it across the globe. My successes led to multiple promotions and ultimately, the role of US President.

As US President of Performics, one of my biggest accomplishments was breaking down the silos in a 15 year-old company that had become set in its ways – I led the organization through the transformation to a matrix structure of integrated practices and functions. The marketplace demanded more integrated solutions and these changes drove higher client engagement and organic growth. We developed a culture of high performance standards, innovation and passion for solving our clients’ biggest problems.

Our agency was rated one of the “Best Places to Work” by several organizations including AdAge. During my tenure, we grew revenue 31% and increased profitability by 40%.
