Jason graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Marketing / Management degree in 2003. He began his marketing career with the Chicago Blackhawks hockey team running their summer Chicago Blackhawk charity events throughout Chicago at various YMCAs and Boys and Girls Clubs. A brief stop as a coffee and tea manufactures representative led him to Tribune Media Services as a Media Consultant. For five years he traveled extensively in North America executing sales initiatives at many media properties. From that point he accepted a Multimedia Development Director position in eastern Ohio where he established that company’s first digital sales program. After more traveling he decided to return to his hometown of Rock Island and began a Director, Digital Product Sales position at a local media company. He established and managed the company’s digital agency division.

His passion for the success of businesses in the communities he does business is what led him to establish J Wild Marketing, LLC. He believes “Business is Personal”, and will work tirelessly to drive the results desired by the company’s clients.

Enough business…in his spare time he enjoys sky diving, base jumping, mountain climbing, MMA training, and deep sea diving. OR, he just enjoys spending time with his WONDERFUL Family and Friends. He especially loves watching nephew number one Jase Robert Blackwood grow and become increasingly more spectacular every minute! And is looking forward to the same with the newest edition to the family “Baby” Bo John Blackwood! He also enjoys wasting away fall and winter Sundays yelling at the TV watching the Chicago Bears.
