Hi All Would anybody be able to shed light on how to interpret the key word difficulty tool ratings / rankings: E.g. What is considered easy v hard?  How long does it take to rank for a word that has a score of 60% v 40% etc? Kind Thanks....

Hi Guys I have a site currently being built that is 45 days away.  I am wondering whether it is possible to have a dummy website (with same domain name) in play and starting the SEO effort so that these 45 days are not wasted from an SEO point of view.  Is this something you have seen done effectively, or is it a no no.
