If there was an "easy way" then everyone and anyone would be ranking #1 in Google...and eventually competition would be so saturated there would be no point in having a website at all! Good things come to those who work hard, stay committed to their vision, and can learn and adapt to change!

RE: Why should your title and H1 tag be different?
In my experience: there is no significant difference as far as the search engines are concerned. I agree with Rand in that for many users, the first thing they will expect to see is the same title they clicked on via the search engine.
My rule of thumb is always do what makes sense to users. Even if a different H1 tag caused some significant affect such as moving you up on the SERP (unlikely), if the user doesn't get what they expect they will click back. If anyone experiments with this, pay close attention not only to ranking but also to bounce rates. I'd rather be the second result with a 10% bounce rate than the first result with a 90% bounce rate.

RE: What is Best Platform to Build Website - SEO in mind
I'd argue that it is structured simply for making adding PHP and HTML so much easier. Rather than having to in and modify template files in a theme to make changes, you can do it all from one file in Thesis.
Not that this has anything to do with SEO, however.

The Thesis theme is meant to be a "blank slate" on which you build designs. If you look at the Thesis Showcase you will see hundreds of websites that use the theme, all of which look entirely different. It also makes work easier for the web developer because it allows easy implementation of PHP hooks to insert design and content elements, as well as easy customization of CSS.

RE: Can i force another crawl on my site to see if it recognizes my changes?
Yes, using Google Webmaster Tools.
- On the Webmaster Tools Home page, click the site you want.
- On the Dashboard, under Diagnostics, click Fetch as Googlebot.
- In the text box, type the path to the page you want to check.
- In the dropdown list, select Web. (You can select another type of page, but currently we only accept submissions for our Web Search index.)
- Click Fetch. Google will fetch the URL you requested. It may take up to 10 or 15 minutes for Fetch status to be updated.
- Once you see a Fetch status of "Successful", click Submit to Index, and then click one of the following:
- To submit the individual URL to Google's index, select URL and click Submit. You can submit up to 500 URLs a week in this way.
- To submit the URL and all pages linked from it, click URL and all linked pages. You can submit up to 10 of these requests a month.

RE: What is Best Platform to Build Website - SEO in mind
I would recommend using the Thesis Framework for WordPress. It is what you might call a "smart theme" in that it is built with SEO in mind as top-priority. It also allows for very easy customization so that you can create a unique-looking website. Very powerful. It is, however, a premium theme but it is definitely worth the price.
