Call me when you need a strategic initiative led the first time, an organization enabled to change direction, someone to bridge a chasm with calm or sort out a complex large-scale problem.

I am frequently recruited to pioneer strategic initiatives to enable organizations to change direction. Here are examples from multiple complex first-ever projects in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Corporate Development:

• Developed and deployed content globally that enables advances in capabilities, roles, processes and tools for a 1400 employee organization. Motivated 4 times as many people to show up and achieved 95%+ satisfaction. Dubbed “The Dean”.
• Led a global team of 190 from deal development through close for a controversial and top secret 5,400 person, $44.9M divestiture in high security-risk Juarez, Mexico.
• Drove 3 x public sector sales growth by leading a cross-functional team to change the way we manufactured products to enable us to bid. This included managing an audit of a server factory by a public sector turbine specialist right after a hurricane.
• Led 19 distinct global cross-functional teams in a breakthrough effort to analyze, evaluate, archive and delete over 2.8M pieces of digital content in 19 different sites. Improved search performance by 60%, search relevance by 26% and abandonment rates by 64%. We broke every IT tool and process with the scale of our endeavor and created new ones.

On a personal note, I run ultras in my mud-crusted Salomon’s and then rock 100mm sky-high Christian Louboutin heels to work. I wear pearls and brew beer.
