Prior to entering private practice in 2003, Maryland criminal attorney Andrew V. Jezic served as a Maryland prosecutor for nearly eight years. Moylan, Jr., a scholar on Maryland criminal law, wrote in a published opinion: “The leading academic authority on confession law in Maryland is Jezic, Molony, Nolan and Woodward, Maryland Law of Confessions.”
