RE: How do I merge a google+ and a youtube account?
So far, no. It seems like the only option is transferring all the movies to the new account, but I would lose all our engagement if I were to do that. I'm debating whether to just wait and see if Google will have another update.

How do I merge a google+ and a youtube account?
Before Google merged Google+ and Youtube, we had opened a Google+ account for our business from one email account and a separate account on youtube from a separate account. Now that Google merged the two channels, it created a new G+ page for our youtube account. but I want to merge the youtube account with our formal Google+ page.
How do I go about doing that
Thank you
Joni

RE: How to shorten URL adress?
thank you for your answer. maybe I missed something but I don't think that it answered my question.
it doesn't matter where I put my link, I want to be able to tag the link with google URL builder and than to shorten the address in a way that will include my domain name.
I want to track the data from google analytics and not from other platforms

Measuring the lead that come from Organic Search
Hello,
One of my clients wants to know how many leads he gets from the organic search, he has Affiliate ID's for the Social media and for his affiliate websites, but now he wants to know how many leads he gets from the organic search.
According to his affiliate program there are some leads without affiliate ID's but not all of them from the organic search big part of those leads are from "refer a friend program" and leads that were entered the system manually.
Is there anyway in Google Analytics or any other program that can track the leads who come to my client website from searching for the brand name or concepts/long tails and registered/opened a new account ?

Shortcut Link and Referral domain in Google Analytics
Hello,
One of my clients has a Facebook page for his company, and his social media manager posts some promotional and educational posts on daily basis. the social media manager uses affiliate ID's in the destination URL to track traffic and leads that come from the social media and to make it look nicer he uses shortcut links service - bitly.
Now I have a few questions about this:
-
I don't see traffic comes from bit.ly or bitly.com in Google Analytics, my question: is using 301 redirect makes Google Analytics understand that the last website which sent the traffic to my website is not the actual Referral website?
-
Is using shortcut links in the social media damages the links value (even though they are <nofollow>links - but still considered as signals from social media</nofollow>
Thanks.
