RE: domain authority has not changed

Da of my website Purpalyn increased one point more than a month ago. It declined before that too. If it is not changing then either of the 3 factors would apply:
you are not building backlinks;
you not building links that matter;
you are building links that matter for home page PA but not DA of entire site.
