I am a resourceful individual that can assess problems accurately and determine the optimal solution to the problem; this is a skill that I have honed over a lifetime of solving both personal issues and corporate problems.

I started my career out in the Oil and Gas industry, where I quickly established a reputation for being able to solve complicated problems effectively. To address these problems I had to work well with many different personality styles, build a team, and manage the interpersonal relationships of those teams.

To solve the problems I had to assess the difficulties in their entirety, develop a plan to solve the problem, and prepare multiple contingencies to mitigate the project risks; even with all of this preparation I maintained oversight of the project and would adjust the plan as necessary.

With the dynamic nature of the projects I worked on, I had to communicate effectively with the stakeholders of the project to ensure that everyone understood the present risks and how to mitigate them. This led me to develop efficient written and verbal communication skills.
