It has been over a month since we have switch https://www.iwdextensions.com
to 
https://www.iwdagency.com/extensions/ Yet Google is still ranking the old domain name in their search results. https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=iwd extensions Are we doing something wrong or does it take Google more than a month to update their results for this type of change? We have 301 redirected the old url to the new one and submitted a domain name change in GWT. Let me know your thoughts!

Wondering if anyone has had any experience using pushstate to update meta data on a AJAX page. What we are trying to is have one really long page that users can scroll through to see different portfolio pieces.   We want each portfolio piece to be represented in Google as a separate page when they are technically all on the same page. An example of how the page will work is here:
http://www.scozzese.com/2011/en/#annasafroncik If you notice you scroll down and the url will update for the next piece but you are still on the same page.  So if we do this for meta title, meta description - will Google be able to recognize it? Any help to achieve quality results would be helpful!  If I didn't explain anything clearly please let me know!

Like many other companies or company has a site and a Facebook page.  With the Facebook like button your can either specify a url or a Facebook Page.  So I don't know what would be better to get more 'likes' or if I need both? My thoughts: More people liking the Facebook Page then we can post updated to more people that will show on their wall. More url likes, I think this might have (or will have) effect on search engine rankings.  The more people that like your url the higher it could be in rankings. I don't really want both as most people won't go through the trouble to 'like' both plus it is confusing. Please let me know your thoughts or strategy.

Our site is built to show users things to do around their current location.  For this reason we redirect users to a city specific home page based on their location.  To do this we detect users IP address and 302 redirect them to the closest city with events. Our site is below and you should be able to see the 302 redirect. fyifly.com My concern is that I always here not to use 302 redirects as they don't pass link juice through.  I don't think 301 redirect would be good either as it is not a permanent redirect. Any advice on how you think the best way to treat this would be great or if you think the 302 direct is the best solution.
