Mywebsite have 455 URL submitedbut only 77 URLs are indexed. How can i improve more indexed URL?

My website have over 1000 pages but the sitemap creator tools i knew only create maximum 500 pages, how could i create sitemap with full of my webpage?

I have a trouble with Duplicate content and title, i try to many way to resolve them but because of the web code so i am still in problem. I decide to use robots.txt to block contents that are duplicate. The first Question: How do i use command in robots.txt to block all of URL like this: http://vietnamfoodtour.com/foodcourses/Cooking-School/

Hi dear friends! How can i resolve this duplicate problem with edit the php code file? My trouble is google find that : http://vietnamfoodtour.com/?mod=booking&act=send_booking&ID=38 and http://vietnamfoodtour.com/.....booking.html are different page, but they are one but google indexed both of them. And the Duplcate content is raised 😞 how can i notice to google that they are one?

My website is attacked by spammed link method, so should i use Goolge disavow tool to remove that links? And i have an question that when i use google Disavow to remove backlinks, but i still not remove it on the webpage that placed my links. Does Google index that backlink again? or never?

The factor of error in Onpage process or Link building process effect on key word position.

I use Seomoz tool and discover that my webpage have 1000 duplicate title, my keyword with domain key 's position is 25, but i dont have any keyword ontop 100 of google. Is the Duplicate title effect in the key word position or SEO ? right?
