@Thompson86 I have similar issues on my new website https://voxtrendy.com/ and https://tunezpop.com/ I have tried my best to solve the issue but only one website was indexed.
I have contacted the bing webmaster for a better solution and I sincerely advise you to contact bing webmaster support.
Sometimes, you can't really know why new sites are not indexed.
