Favorite Thing about SEO
it can help the world find learning and gain peace from intelligence
As an experienced Commercial IT Manager my proven planning, pragmatic and tenacious management approach will ensure your delivery is provided on time, to budget and allowing intended benefits to be realised which can be demonstrated from my extensive references. I am a very personable individual and this allows me to quickly establish and leverage the essential relationships needed for team buy in, stakeholder confidence and delivery.
I have extensive experience in Commercial IT in B2C, B2B and B2T channels. I have considerable digital UX design experience both within digital and physical space. I also have considerable SEO, digital marketing, and payments including many alternative methods both on and off line. I have also got considerable analytics experience both predictive and for operational reporting. In addition to this I am experienced in funnel optimisation utilising A/B & multi variant testing and heat mapping.
My extensive technical background in software development, IT infrastructure & service allows me to work with technical staff to ensure that quality and delivery commitments are met.
My experience covers Sabre Sonic Web booking flow customisation, Amadeus Web Services integration, and a wide range of CMS systems including Adobe Experience Manager. Further experience extends to both native App and HTML 5 mobile web engagement strategies.
I see the future of digital being a shift from silo e-commerce and mobility silos and the establishment of true seamless experience flows across channels.
I work with the three core beliefs that a project manager role needs to be conducted with:
- honesty & integrity, especially when dealing with a project board and stakeholders.
- methodology applied needs to add value and reduce risk and not get in the way of delivery.
- that speaking to people personally is by far the best way of managing difficult situations, issues and people.
