I have been working on my client's tool website for around a year on which 12 posts and 6 pages are published but its Domain Authority is stuck to 1. The website has few backlinks but not in bulk, so that might be the reason. Please suggest, if DA can increase with publishing regular content or if we may have to focus on a link-building strategy.
