Paul specializes in developing new relationships with businesses we aim to serve. In addition to sales, he is responsible for much of our marketing efforts. He also works on a number of our Executive Search and Business Developer opportunities. He joined MEIRxRS in 2014.

A graduate of Boston University, Paul's education and expertise in understanding both the financial performance and organizational behavior of prospective companies helps us to provide insights for our clients about their own needs. He continually evaluates the public financials of prospective customers and monitors each for staff turnover and major events. Since joining our team, Paul has developed a deep understanding of clinical trials, pre-clinical and clinical-stage companies as well as their talent needs during each phase on the way to commercialization. He has written our whitepapers on clinical trials and employee happiness. Because of his frequent discussions with VP-level decision makers, Paul is also instrumental in the success of our Executive Searches.
