He has started his career as a Network Engineer in 2007. He is a person who has a global certified engineering degree from Microsoft (Windows) and another from RedHat (Linux). From 2008 onwards he has been performing as a System and Network administrator with his skill and working knowledge either at the device level or at the software level. His responsibilities include understanding related standards, specifications and physical or software (drivers, protocols, signaling, etc) characteristics of the networking technologies in use. He is confident in designing, testing, maintaining and development of networking hardware or software and troubleshooting networks at a local area, wide area, or infrastructure level.
Neil has also expertise in Digital Marketing including, Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Mobile Marketing, Email Marketing and the like. His knowledge encompasses Key word research, website development with its sitemap, making the web architecture search friendly, creating the necessary change in technical architecture to build systems and protocols internally to ensure that all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, retail portals etc) and promoting both offsite and onsite activities and also the interactions that build ranking, profile and traffic.
He is a hard worker and quick learner. He ensures the development of an effective organizational structure and the promotion of a positive internal climate in which management development for succession is nurtured. He has delegated some responsibilities to appropriate executives in order to bring about smooth running of the company. He motivates the employees to determine guidelines, policies and procedures.
