I created a website www.astrologersktantrik.com 4 days ago and fetch it with google but still my website does not index on google as the keywords I use is with low competition but still my website does not appear on any keywords?

I know that we should get the reputable backlinks for the website But which websites I'm doing seo nobody wants to exchange backlinks so how can I get reputable backlinks related to niche.

I made some changes in my website after that I try webmaster tool FETCH AS GOOGLE but this is 2nd day and my new pages does not index www. astrologersktantrik .com
