Hi, I have a travel project to manage and a question to arrange the registration of this page. Should I register in Webmaster Tools all domains which lead to the webpage of this travel company like abctravel.com, a-b-c-travel.com, adventure-bahamas-crew-travel.com and adventurebahamascrewtravel.com or only the main domain abctravel.com. Hi Mozers, has anyone experience in setting up landing pages with Wordpress? The problem I want to solve is the following: I work with a membership area like SEOmoz in which I have some bigger plugins running. If i make a landing page in the same installation like a custom post type/template or via another plugin like "Premise" all plugins will automatically load as well. That will harm my page loading time. Do you think, I should work maybe with Wordpress Multisites? Landing pages as a separate blog and the membership area as another blog? Appreciate any good idea! Hello, I was wondering, if anyone here in this community runs a directory using wordpress + a geolocation theme like Geoplaces or Geotheme or others. I have tested Geoplaces and felt with around 100 business entries that my page loaded superslow (up to 4 sec) already on a power server. I would like to work with a fast, secure and SEO-friendly directory theme...any recommandations?

Hi Mozzers, I have a wordpress installation and work on a hotel website in three different languages: English, German, Spanish. In order to manage each language as a regional or global website, I started to give the website the names like: de.hotelnamen.com, es.hotelname.com (Hotel is in Costa Rica, maybe cr.hotelname.com is even better???) and hotelname.com. The possibility of WPML to manage my multilingual blog is good and the Yoast plugin gives me the sitemaps I want for each language. Because it is a hotel I have to have a global page which should serve the world if they try to find the hotel, right? That's why i put hotelname.com as a global page in English and registered the sitemaps and page on my webmaster account in countries as "not listed". For de.hotelname.com I choose Germany on another webmaster account and for es.hotelname.com Costa Rica (the country in which the Hotel is located). Unfortunately, after three month I don't receive good results with that methode. The hotelname.com adress is always the page which comes up in all search engines. I my tactic wrong? Where is my mistake? I would like to have hotelname.com in the rankings of all search engines beside of google Germany because for the German market I have the German version. Same in Costa Rica. Thanks for some ideas...

Hi Mozzers, recently I received a project to promote a hotel website in a third world country. They have no street names, no landline phone, no zip-code. So far I tried to give a good address description in all social networks and on the homepage (footer) and signed into hotel directories. Suddently a new website of another hotel came up on google and made it up to number 1. They put a fake telefon number (landline) on the website. Is that a good idea of localizing a business? Do you have recommendations for me how to enhance. Thanks

Hi, i am looking to register a domain name for an island in the english/spanish spoken part of America. The names for xxxxisland.com are already registered but xxxxisla.com is free. Does it has any effect on my SEO when i use a shorter version of island respectively the spanish name for island? Thanks

I work on a project for a hotel website and look up domain names right now. But I am now not sure wether I should go for a branding of the hotel name in the domain name (e.g. "bellavistahotel.com") or pick the location ("berlinhotel.com")  or a mix (e.g. "bellavistaberlin.com). What would be your recommendation? The content (text, photos, videos) I have is a lot about the location and the hotel itself. I want to connect the Hotel page afterwards with Knowem to hundreds of social networks. My tendency is to go for a branding. Is that a good idea? Thanks for the help.
