Rick Noel is an experienced Digital Marketer and CEO eBiz ROI, Inc., an established digital marketing agency enabling businesses to grow profitable sales through the Internet.
Prior to founding eBiz ROI, Rick was VP of Sales at Burst Direct, the performance advertising division of Burst Media, a top 20 display ad network specializing in direct response Internet advertising for national brands optimized for performance.
Prior to Burst Media, Rick worked for Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore), traveling the globe selling software and information services to some of the largest and most advanced communication providers in the world. While at Telcordia, Rick was a graduate of the prestigious Pipeline Development Program as part of the Telcordia Corporate Succession Program.
Before joining Telcordia, Rick was active contributor of Information Technology Laboratory at GE’s Global Research Center. While at GE, Rick was named a co-inventor on Patent US6442569 - Apparatus and method for data transfer between databases (Aug-2002). Rick graduated the GE Information Technology training program at GE Global Research Center while earning his Masters Degree in Computer Science from RPI.
Rick also earned dual Bachelors of Science Degrees in Finance and Computer Science from Siena College.
Currently, Rick is the Vice President of Public Relations for the Clifton Park Speakers, a local Toastmaster club and board member of the BH BL BPA and maintains both organizations websites in those roles.
