Just recently my page, http:/www./waikoloavacationrentals.com/mauna-lani-terrace, was no longer indexed by google.  The sub pages from it still are.  I have not done anything sketchy with the page.  When I went into the google fetch it says that it is redirected.  Any ideas what is this all about? One of the main pages on my site, http://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals/condos, I have been having a hard time getting google to index it correctly or at all.  It is one of the top pages on my site and should be in my sub links in google, but it is not even showing up in searches.  Any input would be appreciated. The only red flap issue is the number of outgoing links, but that is the way the page is supposed to be.  I would assume most real estate listing pages are very similar. Ultimately when you look at traffic, time on page, inbound links, etc. it is one of the top pages on my site in all those categories. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I recently had my site redone (about a year ago).  Since then google has not been using my meta descriptions much and more so using the descriptions within my site.  Is there a reason for this?  An example would be http://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/vrp/unit/kolea-14/

For several search terms I get site links for the page http://www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals/kolea-condos/ It makes sense that that page be a site link as it is one of my most used pages, but the problem is google gave it the site link "Kolea 10A".  I am having 0 luck making any sense of why that was chosen.  It should be something like "Kolea Condos" or something of that nature. Does anyone have any thoughts on where google is coming up with this?

I just converted my site to wordpress.  Previously urls like www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals/9g and www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals/9g.html would go to the same page.  Since using wordpress the first one will not work.  I did not have redirects set up so was wondering if there is something I am forgetting to easily make it to where if someone types in both urls it will go to the same page.

I have been looking into making my website for iphone friendly as my analytics are not great for the iphone and I know when I try to navigate around it on an iphone it can be tough. I was told that if I make changes to the layout that it would affect my layout across everything, which I did not want to do. So I have two questions: Is this correct regarding the layout? If so, if you did something like m.waikoloavacationrentals.com which would be the mobile version how would that possibly effect your rankings with regards to the traffic distribution? Any feedback would be appreciated.  Also if anyone has any experience in doing this I would be interested in discussing further.

I have a page on my site, www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals/floor-plans, that gets me roughly 17% of my traffic.  That being said it is not really relevant traffic because it comes from the search term "floor plans", which really has nothing to do with Hawaii vacation rentals, which is what I do. My question is does Google know how to figure that out when they are looking at my stats or is there a way to let google know that that page probably should not show up for that search phrase? On the positive, they are nice floor plans and if someone is searching for ideas for floor plans and see one of them in google images then it probably could help them, but it really is not relevant to my business.  It has a 80% bounce rate, but does have an average time on page of 1.5 minutes, which is a fair amount for what is there.

This is probably a trivial question for most here, but I wanted to try a rich snippet with our logo.  I put in the code at www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals I would appreciate it if anyone could give me feedback as to if it was done correctly.  I would think this is pretty common, but have not seen many articles out there about a business logo.  Most of what I have seen is to display a person or a product.  Thanks,

I have had a google plus page and a facebook page for my business for a long time now.  I have not had any issues building a customer base via Facebook either by promoting my page or by using the pay promotions via facebook.  On the other hand, I have had 0 luck of getting +s on my google page.  I feel the page looks good, but just am having a hard time. Is there an effective way out there to get followers on Google+?

A while back google started changing our title tags to have our name in it, which was great and reasonable for the most part.  We recently ran into a problem with it as we have some properties on our site that fall under a dba.  Here is the example. Title tag: Kolea- Waikoloa Vacation Rentals
Kolea is a vacation rental community is a resort called Waikoloa.  Waikoloa Vacation Rentals is our company name and www.waikoloavacationrentals.com is our company site. Here is the problem:
Title tag: Hualalai Resort- Waikoloa Vacation Rentals
Hualalai is a completely different place than Waikoloa and we do business in there as Hualalai Vacation Rentals, but keep our properties on our www.waikoloavacationrentals.com site rather than microsites. How can you let google know that what they are doing is incorrect for specific pages?  Thanks,

I have a vacation rental company and was looking at implementing rich snippets.  You can view the property I would do it for at www.waikoloavacationrentals.com/kolea-rentals What method would you recommend we using?  It seems like it would be ideal to either 1) have our logo show up next to the result or 2) have a link for 2 bedroom villas, 3 bedroom villas, and homes below the result. Let me know what you think would be best and the best way to implement this.  Thanks,

At times when I change something on my site it effects my rankings.  For my business I care mostly about my rankings in certain locations (not local).  How can I see how I am ranking in various locations at a given time?  I see several tools out there, but none of them seem to work. For example I recently I added a badge to my site and my ranking dropped a spot locally, but I do not think it did elsewhere.  The value of the badge is worth that if it is just local, but if it made me drop a ranking in one of my major markets it would not be worth it.
