From 1990, Vic has been working in customer service, sales and marketing departments of fortune 500 companies. In early 2000 he consulted a major automotive firm on centralizing their sales and marketing in one solution.
The choice, after much research, was to become an early adaptor of a cloud-based solution called Salesforce. Since then, Vic has enjoyed solving problems leveraging Salesforce.com. He has supported Clients in the financial, real estate, telephone and automotive industry. Most recently, Vic has worked tirelessly to service FordDirect.com with a stream of solutions leveraging Salesforce.com as a CRM.
