Ryan built his first website by the age of 14 and started his first business as a vendor to a fortune 500 company by the age of 19. Ryan made his transition into the digital space in 2007 when he started his own SEO agency. That agency was purchased by another marketing company which Ryan helped move into the digital world. He then went on to work for the fortune 500 company Gannett. At the time of his departure from Gannett he and his team had created a revenue stream for the company of more than 8 million dollars a year through SEO services.
After his time at Gannett Ryan went to work for the largest group of alternative weekly news paper in the country Voice Media Group. Here Ryan was not only managing SEO for their 10 news paper sites responsible for 22 million visits a month but also building and managing a team of SEOs responsible for over 900 SEO clients. Ryan has also participated in panels and held workshops on SEO and digital marketing at both ASU and U of A.
Ryan now is still the manager of SEO at Voice Media Group and is consulting with the local SEO reporting company Report Pro.
