Yes, thanks. We've also alked to a few campaign managers that work for agencies doing B2B (which is what we are), and we've decided to tag those links with medium=display. These would be for the ads appearing in the right column of most social sites (not the sponsored ones in newsfeeds).

RE: Analytics tagging on social media links
This is a good thread. I agree with tagging social links and have a related question (also posted it).
Would guys recommend tagging paid social links with medium=cpc or medium=social. If we tag with cpc, would that traffic and conversions rollup under social or paid search in the channel reports?
Thanks,

Campaign Tagging (Medium) for Paid Social
If we tag our paid social links with medium=cpc, will that traffic and conversions rollup under social or paid search in the channel reports?
The other option we're considering is tagging with medium=social.
Thanks,

RE: Page ranking in .com but not in .co.uk
Hi Maximilian,
Thanks for your answer. Much appreciated.
However, we are a global company and we target languages, not territories.
We have other pages with the same conditions that do rank on both .com and .co.uk for their targeted keywords. E.g.
https://www.google.com/#q=terminology+management https://www.google.co.uk/#q=terminology+management So the issue is really just showing in that one particular page, which is the odd thing we are trying to figure out. Why that page?

Page ranking in .com but not in .co.uk
Hi there,
I tried to search the Q&A but couldn't find any answers to my issue.
We have a page that is ranking #2 for the term "translation memory" in google.com, but it doesn't show in Google.co.uk. This has been like this for weeks now. We are not targeting any specific country in GWT.
Does anyone know a possible explanation for this? Thank you.

Is it ok to use both 301 redirect and rel="canonical' at the same time?
Hi everyone,
I'm sorry if this has been asked before. I just wasn't able to find a response in previous questions.
To fix the problems in our website regarding duplication I have the possibility to set up 301's and, at the same time, modify our CMS so that it automatically sets a rel="canonical" tag for every page that is generated.
Would it be a problem to have both methods set up?
Is it a problem to have a on a page that is redirecting to another one?
Is it advisable to have a rel="canonical" tag on every single page?
Thanks for reading!
