I founded this business in 2001 because I felt –through working for major remodeling companies and kitchen and bath firms; that client’s needs were not being met. I noticed a huge disconnect between what I had discussed with the client and included in the design concept and scope of work; to what the production team delivered. Often feeling that I had let the client down.
I wanted to change the process and the experience for YOU…the client. I wanted to be involved in every aspect so I could deliver as promised and I could help the client navigate the decisions, changes and the unexpected. I set out to create an interior design company that paid attention to customers’ needs, wants, and desires, yet remained flexible, honest, and capable of delivering on its promises. I wanted a new standard for the experience clients had while renovating their homes or through working with a designer.
