My name is Derek and I'm currently the team lead at a large IT company that has offices in India, Canada and of course USA. My building is currently in NJ where I run the day to day operations for 1st and 2nd shift besides the behind the scenes stuff I can not mention. We have 2 other leads because 1 can not do it all. I started working for this company as a temp in 1999 fresh out of computer school at 19 years old. May 8th, 2000 I was hired full time and have worked just about all the positions in the configuration floor before becoming the Team Lead 3 and half years ago.

BTW, I turned 36 in year 2016 so I've grown up in a corporate world.
