Susan Norcross has worked extensively in the field of special events for over ten years, and has a proven expertise in the coordination and design of events across a wide spectrum. Susan spent eight years at the Philadelphia/New York City-based PR firm Cashman and Associates, where she worked her way up from Manager of Special Events, to Director of Special Events, to a Vice President position. During her tenure, Susan worked at a vigorous pace of approximately 75 events per year and coordinated a variety of events including galas, charity fundraisers, retail, restaurant and nightlife openings, product launches, fashion shows, gifting suites, press conferences, meetings and concerts.
Norcross left Cashman & Associates in 2011, and after a brief hiatus, found herself applying her years of event expertise to the wedding industry. It all started when Susan found herself immersed in the planning of a family member’s wedding. Shortly thereafter, Susan founded her own company, Two Rings ~ One Circus, weddings, celebrations and events, and began planning special events for numerous clients.
Susan and Beka met many years ago, but it wasn’t until their paths crossed in the wedding world that the potential for a dynamic collaboration became apparent. It wasn’t long before the two realized that their skill sets complemented each other perfectly, and they decided to merge Two Rings ~ One Circus with Styled Bride, with Susan becoming the Wedding Director overseeing the planning for all bridal clientele. Given the breadth of Beka and Susan’s expertise and relationships, the move was instantly lauded by industry insiders, making the Styled Bride the premier wedding planning and design company in the region.
