Career Highlights
[edit]
Tajideen worked many jobs prior to his current position. He became active in the family business at the age of sixteen where he used to assist his father during weekends and holidays by taking part in corporate meetings and by monitoring work stations. After completing his high school education, Tajideen enrolled at university and became officially employed in the family business. His first job was to wash paint cans at their paint factory. Soon after, he was appointed as part of the sales force and became responsible for all sale orders. Through his hard work and passion to learn and progress, Tajideen was promoted as the General Manager for the paint factory. Then he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer for all Coral Paint branches in Lebanon.
Tajideen then felt that he needed to diversify his expertise and began to work at their Al Nasseem Resort in Hanaway. After completing his daily responsibilities at the paint factory, Tajideen would proceed to his second job. He initially took the role of a Personnel Manager where he was responsible for 120 employees. Over the next few years he held a number of positions in accounting and financial auditing and eventually ended up as the Deputy Manager of the resort. With the commitment to excellence and high standards and due to his expertise and education which he has earned through the years, Dr. Tajideen was considered to be the heir apparent to take over as Chief Executive Officer for the holding company, TAJCO.
Today, Dr. Tajideen operates TAJCO independently and is continually seeking for strategic opportunities for further expansion and prosperity.
