Site audit is not so hard as you are thinking. Last month I did a audit for my site Fashion Lyra
There are some website which you can use. Such as MOZ but moz pro must be better. And also so many free tools also available.
And If you don't know much about site audit you can go to youtube to get some idea how other people do site audit.
